HeartUrns operates in accordance with all applicable UK and EU consumer protection laws, allowing you to shop with confidence and clarity. These general Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through HeartUrns.com, and supersede any other terms and conditions.

By placing an order on our site, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Ordering

Our online store is open 24/7 for your convenience.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, between 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (GMT+1).

Payment & Processing

HeartUrns.com uses Shopify Payments to securely process your transactions. To prevent fraud, we also work with Signifyd as a fraud protection gateway.

Stock & Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If there are any stock issues or unforeseen delays, we will notify you immediately.

If we cannot fulfill your order, we will offer:
